Mold Hazard Investigation

Initial mold investigations involve a site walk conducted by one of MMG’s Environmental Scientists in order to survey conditions in and around the area of concern. Once initial site assessment has been completed complete, MMG can develop a sampling plan and investigation methodology which considers on-site conditions, potential hazards, and client concerns. The MMG team can collect mold air and/or swab samples and provide analytical laboratory results within 24-72 hours, depending on the needs of the client.

Mold Clearances

MMG can perform a clearance investigation to confirm that all adverse conditions to be abated have been mitigated to the satisfaction of the client. Clearance investigations generally include a visual inspection of the area of concern and/or additional mold air sampling
